- Carefully pack your product for shipment. We cannot be responsible for packages that arrive damaged in shipment.
- Consider insurance for your package. Many shippers include insurance with your shipping charge or will add it for a nominal fee.
- Please explain the problem with your appliance and not the solution you believe it needs. For example, our repair staff will be better assisted in fixing your appliance if you describe it as "Will not run on high" rather than "Replace the motor."
- Please note that all rates are only for destinations within the lower 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO Boxes, or internationally.
- You may pay by money order, cashier's check, Visa, or Mastercard. If you plan to pay by money order or cashier's check, please include payment with your item.
