Sears wants $43 and change for ONE flame tamer. My grill model is 141.16223.1 and according to their site, this one is the one. Gonna buy a set and as the measurements are the same, they'll fit. Since they are after market product, I'll have to wait until I get them to evaluate the quality. But heck, even if they last half as long, I'll still be money ahead.
