- When will my item ship?
Items typically ship the SAME business day after placing your order. Please allow 7 to 10 days (5 to 7 business days) for your order to arrive, although most shipments will usually arrive sooner. - How do I track my order?
If you have created an account prior to placing an order, all tracking details will be uploaded to your account as soon as they are available. If you checked out as a guest, tracking details will be e-mailed to you if available. Alternatively, you can click the "Track Your Order" link in the upper right-hand corner of every page. just under the search field, or just click here. - When will I be charged for my purchase?
You are charged for your purchase when you click "Submit Order" when you checkout. - What is your return policy?
Our return policy may be found by clicking here. In short, all unused items my be returned for a refund of the item price within 30 days of receipt. Please include a copy of your invoice with a note reminding us of the reason for return. Items that arrive without an invoice copy may have their return processing significantly delayed. - Do you ship internationally?
Currently we are only able to ship within the contiguous United States. - Do you ship to Alaska or Hawaii?

Items are typically shipped through FedEx ground. We may, at our discretion, ship via USPS Parcel Post and FedEx Smartpost for items weighing under 13 ounces. If you need upgraded FedEx shipping, please email us at orderquestions@marbeck.com. - What is FedEx Smartpost?
FedEx Smartpost, which is also referred to USPS Smartpost, is a fairly new service from FedEx. FedEx picks up the package from our warehouse and delivers it to the local USPS sorting facility and USPS will deliver the package. - I just placed an order, how do I cancel it?
Canceling Your Order: We are committed to quickly processing and shipping your order. Due to that commitment, we are sometimes unable to change or cancel orders once they are placed. We will do our best to assist you if there are problems with your order, but we can make no guarantees. E-mail us at cancel@marbeck.com. - Do you sell my information or put me on an e-mail list?
All information submitted will be secure from the instant you begin the "Checkout Process." All information collected is used for internal purposes only and is never shared with, sold to, or rented to third parties. We never use this information to send you unsolicited email. We may contact you regarding your order if we have questions or problems with the shipment. You do have the option of opting in to our newsletter at checkout if you desire, but, by default that option is NOT selected. - Can I buy an item online and pick it up in one of you Kansas City Area stores?
Currently, we do not have this option but it is coming soon, we will post an update on our home page and you should see this option in the checkout when it is enabled. - How can I pay for an order?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Sorry, no checks or money orders are accepted. - Where can I see your store ratings?
