Shipping Charges & Shipping Policies:
Shipping charges are based on weight of the item and the destination shipping address.
- Ship-To Locations: We ship within the United States only. We are unable to ship internationally.
- Ship-From Location: All items ship from our warehouse in Kansas City, Kansas.
- Shipping Times: Orders that are placed before 11:00 AM CST are typically processed and shipped the same day. (Exclusion: Sunday orders will be processed the following business day).
- Although most shipments take average of 3-5 days. Please allow 7-10 days (5-7 business days) for your order to arrive. If you have not received your order after 10 days please contact us via email or phone. Please see the contact page for contact information.

- Return Period: Items ordered by phone or through MarBeck.com may be returned within 30 days of receipt with few exceptions. We will provide a full refund on the product price. Please use the instructions below to return items to us. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Please use the form here to request a return.
- Return Exceptions: Items that must be soldered (i.e., shaver batteries, thermostats, fuse links, etc.) are not eligible for return once the items have been soldered. We will not provide a refund for any electrical items that have been soldered or tampered with. Improperly installed electrical parts can cause serious or fatal injury. Please seek a qualified technician. If a qualified technician is not available, you are welcome to return your purchase for a refund.
- Condition of Returned Items: Items returned without original packaging, with missing parts or accessories, or with damage will be subject to a restocking fee beginning at 15%. Customer is responsible for insuring any return shipments to cover return damage. If the damage or missing packaging ⁄ parts is severe enough, we may elect to decline a refund at our discretion.
- Canceling/Modifying Your Order: We are committed to quickly processing and shipping your order. Due to that commitment, we are often unable to change or cancel orders once they are placed. We will do our best to assist you if there are problems with your order, but we can make no guarantees. Please use the form here to request an order cancellation or modification.
- Kansas and Missouri Sales Tax Because we have physical locations in both Kansas and Missouri, we must collect sales tax for all purchases with Kansas or Missouri addresses. Sales tax percentages are noted at checkout.
- Pre-ordered items are given an estimated date of arrival, these are estimates provided by our vendors and are not an exact timeframe. Please feel free to e-mail us if a pre-order exceeds the estimated timeframe.
