Replacement percolator glass cover knob for Farberware 4, 8, and 12 cup coffee percolators.

Knob fits through hole in top of lid. Hole must be between 13/16 inches and 1.5 inches.

Replaces glass and plastic knobs; available as aftermarket part only.

Fits older Farberware models including 134B, 138B, 142B. Will not fit newer models from FCP and Millenium series.

This is the perfect replacement part for the cheesy plastic cover knob that comes with this pot.It was easy to install and adds a classy touch to the pot. I bet it was made of glass, before some pencil pusher decided, some mony could be saved by making it out of plasic.
I can now use my percolator again!

While product description and photo did not seem to match what I received, the new glass top has been working wonderfully. The company ships a universal glass replacement for the original which does not utilize the clamp around the hole of the metal lid. The replacement comes with a separate aluminum fixture which the threads on the glass top match well, so you get a tight fit. I did though have to adjust the three metal tabs on the outside of the lid, which holds the lid into the top of the percolator, since it was requiring too much force on the new glass top to remove the lid. I simply squeezed each prong in more. Now the lid inserts and removes easily from pot while pushing or pulling on the replacement glass top. I am very happy with this replacement part.
