Shipping Charges & Shipping Policies:
- Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are calculated by the shopping cart system. To calculate shipping charges, please add items to your cart and select the "View Cart" link. Shipping will be calculated automatically.
- Ship-To Locations: We ship within the lower 48 contiguous United States only. We are unable to ship internationally.
- Ship-From Location: All items ship from our warehouse in Kansas City, Kansas.
- Shipping Methods: Items are typically shipped through FedEx ground. We may, at our discretion, ship via USPS First Class for items weighing under 13 ounces. If you need upgraded FedEx shipping, please call us to place your order.
- Shipping Times: Items typically ship within the next business day after placing your order. Please allow 7 to 10 days (5 to 7 business days) for your order to arrive, although most shipments take less than the 7 to 10 days.
Return Policy
- Return Period: Items ordered by phone or through MarBeck.com may be returned within 30 days of receipt with few exceptions. We will provide a full refund on the product price. Please contact us before returning any items so that we may provide proper return instructions. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
- Return Exceptions: Items that must be soldered (i.e., shaver batteries, thermostats, fuse links, etc.) are not eligible for return once the items have been soldered. We will not provide a refund for any electrical items that have been soldered or tampered with.
- Condition of Returned Items: Items returned without original packaging, with missing parts or accessories, or with damage will be subject to a restocking fee beginning at 15%. Customer is responsible for insuring any return shipments to cover return damage. If the damage or missing packaging ⁄ parts is severe enough, we may elect to decline a refund at our discretion.
Privacy
- Information Collected through our Information Request Form We request your email address, name, state, zip code, and information specific to the part that you request. This information is used for internal purposes only and is never shared with, sold to, or rented to third parties. We never use this information to send you unsolicited email.
- Information Collected through Checkout To process your order, we ask for address information, telephone number, fax number, email address, and credit card information. This information is used to complete your order and is never shared with, sold to, or rented to third parties except to complete the order. We never use this information to send you unsolicited email. We may contact you regarding your order if we have questions or problems with the shipment.
Security
- Secure Ordering: The order finalization process through our Checkout form is encrypted through Secure Socket Layer (SSL), the industry standard. The page address will begin with "https:", which signifies that you are viewing a secure page. Your browser may also display a message or icon noting the secure page.
Order Cancellation
- Canceling Your Order We are committed to quickly processing and shipping your order. Due to that commitment, we are often unable to change or cancel orders once they are placed. We will do our best to assist you if there are problems with your order, but we can make no guarantees.
Sales Tax
- Kansas and Missouri Sales Tax Because we have physical locations in both Kansas and Missouri, we must collect sales tax for all purchases with Kansas or Missouri addresses. Sales tax percentages are noted at checkout.
