Our flat repair rates include parts and labor. Shipping is additional. A limited number of repairs may require an extraordinary amount of replacement parts or require parts that are simply no longer produced by the manufacturer. In such cases, you will be contacted with the option to destroy the unit, fix it at a higher quote, or request return of the unit. If we cannot repair your product at the quoted price, you pay only the return shipping fee if you would like the product returned. No check or estimate fees! All work is guaranteed for 90 days.

Simply fill out our Repair Submission Form and our technicians will determine within 3 business days if we accept your item for repair. You will be notified by email with further instructions. No repairs will be accepted without the repair review. Please do not send in your items without a repair authorization number.
