Return Policy

  • Do not refuse your order. Many consumers believe that refusing a shipment will ensure a return to the seller without shipping charges. New U.S. Postal Service fees allow the USPS to charge a refused package penalty of $10-$20. Those fees will be deducted from any refunds processed to the customer for refused package returns.

  • Please accept your delivery and return it by the most economical option available. This will ensure that the new Postal fees are avoided.

  • Return Period: Items ordered through may be returned within 30 days of receipt with few exceptions. We will provide a full refund on the product price. Please use the instructions below to return items to us. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Return Instructions:

1. Fill out the form here to request a RMA

2. Once your return is approved, provide a copy of the invoice along with a brief reason for return.

3. Carefully pack the item to avoid damage and send it back to the address included with the return approval e-mail

*NOTE: You can also request a return from your account.  Just go to the "Completed Orders" page and then "Return Item(s)" and fill out the form to send a return request.

  • Return Exceptions:  Items that must be soldered (i.e., shaver batteries, thermostats, fuse links, etc.) are not eligible for return once the items have been soldered. We will not provide a refund for any electrical items that have been soldered or tampered with.

  • Condition of Returned Items:  Items returned without original packaging, with missing parts or accessories, or with damage will be subject to a restocking fee beginning at 15%. Customer is responsible for insuring any return shipments to cover return damage. If the damage or missing packaging ⁄ parts is severe enough, we may elect to decline a refund at our discretion.
