To be specific..... You need a 10-24. 3/4 inch long stainless screw. I got mine at Home Depot. Had to buy a package of screws and nuts for $1.18 + tax. Couldn't just buy one screw at HD. After right length screw I rate the handle a 5 star. It should come with correct length screw IMO though.
Good lid, but needed additional hardware

This is a great replacement lid for my 5 qt crock pot. I have reservations since the bolt provided was 1/2" long and I needed to go to ACE Hardware to get a 3/4" long bolt. The one provided was too short to hold.
Great Price, Screws too Short

Great price but the screws only work without using the finger guards, so I had to purchase new longer stainless steel screws! The finger guards are a MUST in my opinion, also a washer should be used between the screw head and glass top, but no washers are included. I purchased washer separately too. My item did ship out and arrived very fast!

The item itself is fine. However the screw is bigger than the one that was previously there. Not able to use, will probably need to buy a new crockpot.
Unable to use as the bolt is too big for my current lid. I am afraid I will need to purchase a new crockpot as I can't find the proper accessory replacement parts

Screws too short

Like some other reviews, the handle is fine but the screws aren't long enough. I can't attach the handle unless the finger guard is left off or upside down. Screws are 1/4 inch too short.
I got it to work!

I bought this to go on my glass slow cooker lid with a hole for a 1/4 inch bolt. The bolt on this new knob is smaller and not long enough if I used the plastic washer that comes with it since the glass is thicker than a metal pan lid. I left the plastic washer off and that made it long enough to screw into the new knob. It will work ok but not perfect. To be perfect, it should be 1/4 inch diameter to fit the hole correctly and it should be longer so I could us the plastic washer to protect my fingers.
Rival Crock pot lid knob

Fits perfect. The knob is exactly the same as the one I replaced except the color. I really wanted white. Settled for black. It comes in a package of two so now I have a spare.
Exactly the same

Lid handle knob

This lid handle knob saved me from having to buy a new crockpot. Original knob broke and could not be repaired. Couldn't find a replacement lid. So glad I stumbled across this great buy! Perfect replacement knob and is made better and is a sturdier design than original was. Great buy for such a low price! It fits my lid perfectly.
Received it right away. Good service.
It was an acceptable sustitute

The knob didn't fit as sent. I had to leave off one of the pieces for the screw to tighten properly with the knob, but it made the crock pot usable.
The speed of service and delivery were great.
Knobs are excelent

There is no problem with the knobs just the screw for attachment needs to be a quarter to a sixteenth of an inch longer.
NOT QUITE AS EXPECTED

All pieces didn't fit,and couldn't use the finger guard, however without the finger guard knob will mount and works fine.

The screw wasn't long enough to tighten the knob down. I had to go buy a longer screw.
