Shipping & Returns

Shipping Charges & Shipping Policies:

  • Shipping charges are based on weight of the item and the destination shipping address.
  • Ship-To Locations:  We ship to the United States only, including US territories and APO and FPO addresses. We are unable to ship internationally.
  • Ship-From Location:  All items ship from our warehouse in Kansas City, Kansas.
  • Shipping Methods:  Please note that the shipping times are an estimate and not guaranteed except Express shipments.  Tracking numbers will be e-mailed as soon as they are available (tracking numbers are not available for all packages).
    1. USPS Economy: 7-10 Business Days
    2. USPS Parcel Post: 5-7 Business Days (Shipping estimates to AK, HI, PR, VI, AP, AE, AA, FP will take 14-28 days).
    3. FedEx Home Delivery: 3-5 Business Days
    4. FedEx Express Saver: Delivery by 3rd business day
    5. FedEx Express 2-Day: Delivery by 2nd business day
    6. FedEx Standard Overnight: Next Business Day
  • Shipping Times:  Orders that are placed before 12:00 PM CST are typically processed and shipped the same day. (Exclusion: Saturday and Sunday orders will be processed the following business day).
  • FedEx Express Saver 3-Day and 2-Day shipments will be delivered Monday-Friday ONLY, no weekend delivery.
  • If you have not received your order after 10 days please contact us via email or phone. Please see the contact page for contact information.

Return Policy

  • Return Period: Items ordered by phone or through MarBeck.com may be returned within 30 days of receipt with few exceptions. We will provide a full refund on the product price. Please use the instructions below to return items to us. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Return Instructions:

1. Fill out the form here to request a RMA or use the form below.

2. Once your return is approved, provide a copy of the invoice along with a brief reason for return.

3. Carefully pack the item to avoid damage and send it back to the address included with the return approval e-mail

*NOTE: You can also request a return from your account.  Just go to the "Completed Orders" page and then "Return Item(s)" and fill out the form to send a return request.

  • Return Exceptions:  Items that must be soldered (i.e., shaver batteries, thermostats, fuse links, etc.) are not eligible for return once the items have been soldered. We will not provide a refund for any electrical items that have been soldered or tampered with.
  • Condition of Returned Items:  Items returned without original packaging, with missing parts or accessories, or with damage will be subject to a restocking fee beginning at 15%. Customer is responsible for insuring any return shipments to cover return damage. If the damage or missing packaging ⁄ parts is severe enough, we may elect to decline a refund at our discretion.
