Shipping charges are based on weight of the item and the destination shipping address.
Ship-To Locations: We ship to the continental 48 states within the US only, including some US territories and APO and FPO addresses. We are unable to ship internationally.
We reserve the right to cancel orders that are extremely heavy or large (such as vacuum cleaners) or extremely breakable (glass blender jars) that are going to US territories, APO or FPO addresses. Orders that are determined to fall into either of those categories will be promptly canceled and refunded. All orders that do ship to these locations will be shipped either standard USPS or USPS Smart Post shipping. Please allow 14 to 28 days for delivery. Please use tracking number if your order has one to follow the progress of your order. If you have not received your order after 28 days please email us so that we can assist you.

FedEx Home Delivery: 3-5 Business Days

Shipping Times: Orders that are placed before 11:00 AM CST are typically processed and shipped the same day. (Exclusion: Saturday and Sunday orders will be processed the following business day).
FedEx Express Saver 3-Day, 2-Day, and Overnight shipments will be delivered Monday-Friday ONLY, no weekend delivery. Orders for Express shipments must be placed before 11:00 AM CST to be shipped out the same day. Orders placed after 11:01 AM will be processed and shipped out the following business day. We will work our hardest to have these orders ship as quickly as possible. Please note that orders shipped Express shipping do NOT indicate a guarantee that an order will be received by a certain date, as there are many factors that can lead to delays.
