This GE dual refrigerator water valve WR57X10051 is used on GE made side-by-side refrigerators with an ice dispenser in the door including GE, Hotpoint and some Sears Kenmore refrigerators

This WR57X10051 valve features a 1/4 inch compression fitting for the inlet that replaces the older style 3/4 inch garden hose thread connection. It also replaces the old style compression nut fittings on the outlet lines and uses new quick connectors. To install, while the old valve is still attached to the refrigerator, cut the plastic water outlet lines with a razor close to the retaining nuts and simply push them into the new valve
