Security and Privacy

You can shop at www.MarBeck.com with confidence. We have partnered with PayPal and Amazon to process all of our online payments. All credit card payments process through PayPal's credit card processing system. These two companies are the leading payment processors in the world, keeping your information safe and secure at all times.

 

Shipping Charges & Shipping Policies:

Shipping charges are based on weight of the item and the destination shipping address.  

  • Ship-To Locations:  We ship within the United States only. We are unable to ship internationally.
  • Ship-From Location:  All items ship from our warehouse in Lenexa, Kansas.
  • Shipping Times:  Orders that are placed before 11:00 AM CST are typically processed and shipped the same day. (Exclusion: Sunday orders will be processed the following business day).
  • Although most shipments take average of 3-5 days. Please allow 7-10 days (5-7 business days) for your order to arrive. If you have not received your order after 10 days please contact us via email at orderquestions@marbeck.com.

Return Policy

  • Return Period: Items ordered through MarBeck.com may be returned within 30 days of receipt with few exceptions. We will provide a full refund on the product price. Please use the instructions below to return items to us. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. 
  • Return Exceptions:  Items that must be soldered (i.e., shaver batteries, thermostats, fuse links, etc.) are not eligible for return once the items have been soldered. We will not provide a refund for any electrical items that have been soldered or tampered with.  Improperly installed electrical parts can cause serious or fatal injury.  Please seek a qualified technician.  If a qualified technician is not available, you are welcome to return your purchase for a refund.
  • Condition of Returned Items:  Items returned without original packaging, with missing parts or accessories, or with damage will be subject to a restocking fee beginning at 15%. Customer is responsible for insuring any return shipments to cover return damage. If the damage or missing packaging ⁄ parts is severe enough, we may elect to decline a refund at our discretion.

Order Cancellation

  • Canceling/Modifying Your Order:  We are committed to quickly processing and shipping your order. Due to that commitment, we are often unable to change or cancel orders once they are placed. We will do our best to assist you if there are problems with your order, but we can make no guarantees.   Please contact us via email at orderquestions@marbeck.com if you are needing to cancel your order.

Sales Tax

  • Kansas Sales Tax  Because we have physical locations in Kansas, we must collect sales tax for all purchases with Kansas addresses. Sales tax percentages are noted at checkout.
